B - Edit the sysop bulletin file
If the file WCCSYSOP.BUL is present in the BBS directory, it will be displayed to the user as they enter the game. You may use this option to edit this file online (It may only be approx. 24 lines of text). If you want to not display anything, either delete the file WCCSYSOP.BUL or use this option to delete the contents of the file (including the topic). This is a simple way to announce online events without have to change your CNF text blocks.

If you want to completely eliminate the bulletin from your system after having created one (and don't even want any blank lines showing up) then just delete the file WCCSYSOP.BUL from your bbs directory.
